 Travel Dates: Monday, August 4 through Wednesday, August 13, 2008

Come join us as we embark on this adventure of a lifetime to discover the most amazing

religious sites in Mexico.

 

Father DiOrio will be accompanying this trip that will include stops in Guadalajara, San Miguel-Allende, and of course, Mexico City.

 

The trip will take place from August 4th until August 13th.

 

Join Father Ralph A. DiOrio, the Catholic Priest, with a healing gift from the Holy Spirit, when he returns to the magnificent cathedrals, churches and shrines of Mexico. The ancient country blessed by God with the appearance of "Our Lady" to Saint Juan Diego on December 9, 1531 and where the Catholic faith first took hold in the Western World. Participate with Father Ralph when he celebrates Holy Mass in the revered Basilica de "Santa Maria de Guadalupe", in the imposing "Metropolitan Cathedral" in Mexico City, and at the miraculous "WELL" of Saint Michael, the Archangel, in the quaint Mexican town of San Miguel del Milagro. Travel to the land that gave birth to our faith in the "New World".

Journey Includes:

 

 •       Airfare from Boston (Logan) and New York (Newark) to Guadalajara, Mexico and

          return from Mexico City, Mexico.

 

 •       Transfer to/ from hotel) and airport(s) in Mexico.

 

 •       First Class hotel accommodations, with private toilet facilities, in Mexico.

          Four (4) nights in Guadalajara, two (2) nights in San Miguel de Allende, and

          three (3) nights in Mexico City.

 

 •       Full buffet breakfast each morning. Eight (8) dinners in both Hotel(s) and/ or

          local restaurants.

 

•        Private Mass celebrated by Father DiOrio with teaching and healing session

          conducted in some of the most beautiful churches and cathedrals in the

          world including "Our Lady's" Shrine of Guadalupe, Saint Michael's "Well"

          and the Mexican National Cathedral in Mexico City. View Juan Diego's Tilma

          with the image of "Our Lady of Guadalupe" imprinted on it and hangs over

          the main alter in the Basilica.

 

 •       Sightseeing in the colonial city of "Guadalajara", the Art city of "San Miguel

          de Allende", and the national capital city of "Mexico City".

 

 •       Full day excursion to the UNESCO World Heritage Site "Puebla".

 

 •       Free time for individual prayer and meditation.

 

 ·                 Time for independent sightseeing.

DiOrio, its and their employees, officers, directors, successors, agents, and assigns (collectively, "the Apostolate") does not own, operate or control any person or entity which is to or does provide goods or services for your trip including, for example, TravelBuilders Int'l., LLC and Kompas Holiday Vacations which are arranging your trip, lodging facilities, airline or other transportation companies, local ground operators, providers or organizers or optional excursions, food service providers, etc.  All such persons and entities are independent contractors.  As a result, the Apostolate is not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any such person or entity, or of any third party.  Nor is it liable for any missed features or attractions as a result of any such act.

 

Without limitation, the Apostolate is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property, death, delay , May or inconvenience in connection with the provision of any goods or services whether occasioned by or resulting from, but not limited to, acts of God or force majeure, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, lost or stolen belongings, overbooking or downgrading or accommodations, mechanical or other failure of airplanes or other means of transportation or for any failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart timely or at all, dangers associated with animals, sanitation problems, food poisoning, lack of or quality of medical care, illness, disease or epidemic, difficulty in evacuation in case of a medical or other emergency, or for any other cause beyond the direct control of the Apostolate.

 

Arbitration

 

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating in any way to these Terms and Conditions or any other information relating in any way to the Responsibility Clause, or to the trip itself, shall be settled solely and exclusively by binding arbitration in Worcester, Massachusetts in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association then existent.

 

TravelBuilders International LLC is not the  tour operator for this trip, buy has purchased the services of a scheduled motor coach company and Sheraton Hotel of Philadelphia and the Embassy Suites Hotel in Washington DC who are responsible for you in making tour/ground services arrangements offered n this flyer/brochure including but not limited to, land and hotels, restaurants, cruises, sightseeing, and other tour essentials, etc.  The Airline, Tour Company, Hotels, Gus Companies, restaurants, and other companies offering tour elements mentioned in this program are all independent contractors and are not agents of or joint ventures with TravelBuilders International LLC.
